Transport Reviews.com is managed by a dedicated group of site administrat ors who work to make Transport Reviews a useful website. Each and every review removed on Transport Reviews has a specific reason for removal. This report shows the number of reviews removed for each of the different removal reasons.

Description of Removal Reasons

• Content Requirements - Typically reviews removed for content requirements are too short or use bad language. But this also would cover any review where the content is not a useful review, which we describe as providing at least one thought about their experience with the company.
• Posted By Company or a Customer Using Multiple Names - Only customers may post a one review on a company on Transport Reviews. Companies may not post reviews, EVEN AT THE REQUEST of the customer. Reviews that we determine were posted by the transport company, or someone posting multiple reviews under different identities are removed as Posted By Company.
• Duplicate Post - Customers may only post one review. If more than one review is posted the duplicate post is removed.
• Non-Customer - To prevent auto transport companies from posting reviews on each other we require that reviews only be posted by customers. The non-customer review process allows the car shipping company to require the reviewer to show they were a customer.
• Non-Customer Responded - Of the non-customer reviewed reviews, these are the reviews that were re-added because the poster sent in the required documentation.
• Customer Requested - Customers may remove their review at anytime. If the customer requests the removal of a review it is recorded here.
