What made my experience great was that they gave me NO grief about having to cancel my order only days before the transport was to occur, and refunded 100% of the deposit…nice people!
Too much communication back and forth from 3rd party drivers and broker. Did not have a good experience. The drop off dispatch watched me take a Uber 30miles away from original drop location.
