Everything went really well except the pick up coordination with the dispatcher was a mess. Not the driver but the Dispatcher. Also their costumer care people called twice before 7 AM.
Although there was a language barrier, his phone app made it easy. He loaded and unloaded my vehicle with speed and care. My car was last loaded but second to be dropped off.
