What do I do if I've not yet received my confirmation email?

Hello

I tried to post a review, twice but neither time did I receive confirmation email.

My email is correct and nothing in spam folder.

What To Do If You Have Not Received Your Confirmation Email

Below we will list out the common issues you may experience if you are not receiving the confirmation email that is being sent to your from Transport Reviews.

Important Note

We send confirmation emails to non-confirmed emails several times within 10 days of submitting a review. So chances are no action is needed. Not willing to wait?  Read on to find out how to have your confirmation email sent immediately

Check Your Spam Folder

The most common reason you do not receive the confirmation email is because it is blocked by a spam filter somewhere between us and you. We can NOT help you with this. Your only option is to make sure that admintransportreviews.com is added to trusted filter lists to prevent the email from being blocked as spam.

For help with this please contact your internet or email provider.

Now wait for our system to resend the confirmation email. Or you can have your confirmation number sent to you again by entering your email address on the Forgot Confirmation Number page.

You Entered Your Email Address Wrong

The second most common mistake is that when you entered your review you typed your email address incorrectly. This means the email is going to the wrong place.

This unfortunately is an unrecoverable issue. We require that you enter a valid email address at the time of your review. This means you will need to submit a new review and start the process over.
