Check Your Spam Folder
The most common reason you do not receive the confirmation email is because it is blocked by a spam filter somewhere between us and you. We can NOT help you with this. Your only option is to make sure that admin
transportreviews.com is added to trusted filter lists to prevent the email from being blocked as spam.
For help with this please contact your internet or email provider.
Now wait for our system to resend the confirmation email. Or you can have your confirmation number sent to you again by entering your email address on the
Forgot Confirmation Number page.
You Entered Your Email Address Wrong
The second most common mistake is that when you entered your review you typed your email address incorrectly. This means the email is going to the wrong place.
This unfortunately is an unrecoverable issue. We require that you enter a valid email address at the time of your review. This means you will need to submit a new review and start the process over.
