Why do stars appear when I didn't want them to?
are place holders showing where a star could be. The yellow star 
is the star indicated by the reviewer when they submitted their review. For example:
Would Use Again
A rating of 3, 4 or 5 stars means that the reviewer indicated that they WOULD use the same car transport company again.Would Not Use Again
A rating of 0, 1, or 2 stars means that the reviewer indicated that they would NOT use the same vehicle transport company again.
