who is responsible for non delivery of boat?? i gave my boat to ship your car now LLC to ship it from florida to ontario canada. it was never delivered they say go after the trucking company. the trucking company says your contract is with ship your car now, go after them! the trucking company Top notch transportation took my boat home for himself!! they said we have bad driving record and could not get into canada!!! so we are taking your 33 foot boat home!!
