They charge a lot for doing nothing. Can cancel your booking anytime cannot leave feedback for shipper and uship covers for them...Brent G. (customer seevice doesn't show full names for their workers) cover for a lying shipper and doesn't tell how to leave feedback for louzy shipper. Those tactics are completely illegal so that's why in any comparison other shipping sites win
