2nd Time...and Craig came through again

I am convinced that shipping a car is one of the most stressful things you can do. Carriers do not call you back, they do not show up, they are late, and they are often nasty. For all of these reasons you have to use Craig as your broker. He is responsive, hard working, honest, and recognize you are his customer. He works for you from quote to delivery and makes it happen. When our driver was late, Craig found him. When the dispatch didn't return calls, Craig got them to. When my daughter was unsure of what to do, Craig answered his phone, responded to texts, and made the world right again. I have used Craig twice and will not use anyone else because he earns your business every time and recognizes the value of service and customer care.
