I am so impressed with the customer service I received. Mark Anthony was straight forward and honest from the beginning. He took the time to explain to me all of my options and what is a realistic quote. He was fair and made me feel like I was in good hands with him as my broker. When other companies tried to haggle me, Mark was always reached by phone and put any of my concerns to rest. He was available by phone after normal business hours. He responded immediately to my concerns and always called be back as soon as possible. My car was transported in perfect condition and i received a follow up call from Mark Anthony and my driver making sure everything went well. Over all I am extremely pleased with the integrity and customer service Mark Anthony displayed. I will definitely use him again.
