The shipper was always reachable and answered inquiries in a very timely fashion. The speed with which a transport company was found and the vehicle pick-up was arranged impressed me. Also, the shipping team was extremely flexible at both the pick-up and delivery points. It was a positive experience having the vehicle transported through E-Ship.
