Mark with eShip was courteous and very helpful. Even after the car had been delivered. There was some damage done to the car while in transit. Two dents had been put in the roof of the car. I had taken pictures before the car left from the pickup. Some brokers would have told me that it was not their problem but Mark has continued to help with the problem. Thanks Mark and have a very blessed life. The trucking company, Wooster's makes me feel like they are trying to get out of this as cheaply as possible instead of making the customer happy in something that is clearly their fault. Things have not been totally settled yet but hopefully I am out of the mix.

That's what your Liability & Cargo INS is there for you to file a claim in the event of an unforeseen issue during transit, Eship will always help you file a claim and answer any question your may have about repairing your vehicle.
