This was the first time we've ever had to ship a vehicle and it was overwhelming just doing the research to find a company. There are SO many bad reviews out there about various companies and we were very nervous about shipping our 2004 Dodge Ram from Colorado to Georgia for our PCS (military move). Once we read the great reviews on this site about Craig, we were sold, and we had nothing but a PERFECT experience working with him! He took into consideration our time frame and got a truck to commit to pick our truck up within just a few days, much faster than we were expecting. And the truck was delivered a day before quoted! Everything went exactly as planned and Craig's honesty and straight forward nature were a breath of fresh air compared to the lies we'd been told by other companies! We would use Craig again without hesitation! :)
