I was practically in tears when I spoke with Craig Gigante because of a prior company that I booked with and kept getting recordings and having to leave messages that weren't returned about my order, had to make a flight the next day and pickup my daughter the following day at the airport. There was good communication, understanding and they were even accommodating to give us a ride home from the airport. I can't thank them enough, will recommend and do business again in the future if needed....:) Phyllis B.
