Craig saved me!!! I appreciate everything he did at a last minute. Suncoast Transport left me hanging, the driver never showed and Suncoast does not answer the phone on weekends. Craig stepped in and took care of the problem I have encountered. I explained to him that my car needs to be taken care of before I flew out the following day. He hung up the phone with me and got right on it. I received a call back within 30 minutes as promissed with a driver ready and available to pick up in the morning.
Craig always answered the phone no matter what time or day of the week it is. Thats how you are supposed run a business with a lot of TLC.
