The representative at Eship was always available to contact about questions and responded promptly with information as promised. The car was picked up on time. However, note that the driver transporting the vehicle determines when it will arrive and at what exact time. The Eship representative can give an estimate, but it's the driver's ultimate decision as to when he can meet the customer to drop it off. Just discuss this with the driver when he picks up the cars. Overall, great service and value for the shipping of my 2 cars. The driver was always able to be contacted. My vehicles arrived in their original condition. I would highly recommend this company to friends and would use it again in the future.
