Our son is a US Marine based at Twentynine Palms so shipping his car to the military base was not an option due to security restrictions. We found Laura was extremely helful and understanding of our situation and helped create a flexible plan for delivery at an alternative location and during the weekend while our son had liberty and could be on site for the delivery. There was daily communication with Laura and the driver which was greatly appreciated since liberty plans can change on short notice in the military.
