Steve was wonderful to work with! He was very honest and talked us through the whole process. We contacted him very early and therefore weren't going to hear from a trucker right away, and Steve continued to keep in contact with us to let us know where we were at in the process. He was friendly, easy to reach, and everything worked out perfectly!
