With a deadline of delivery of a classic car approaching, VLG Transport disappeared with my deposit and never picked up the car. I located Steve in the Tampa office from Zip Ship and he worked round the clock finding me a driver asap. He explained the bidding process and place a reasonable bid on the board. He took the time to speak with several drivers and chose one that he felt would get the job down on time. Martin arrived within 24 hours and took extra care because this was a classic. I contacted Steve again with an unrelated emergency pickup and again he came thru within a few hours. Don't know how the rest of the company works but Steve in Tampa is the right guy for the job.
