Of all the companies I requested a quote from ZIP SHIP was the first to return my calls and query so I decided to give them the first chance at moving my vehicle. Although there were some driver issues, making a good committment, Laura kept at it and within hours found a driver with an enclosed truck (very important), one that could pick up and deliver on my time frame (very important), and one that stuck to the original quoted price.
She remained in contact with me for every change and made sure that I was getting the best deal possible.
The driver was very dependable and kept in contact with me by cell phone from the time he left the origin until he was within minutes of the drop off point. He was preofessional and courteous and handled my vehicle like it was his own.
