The agent (Alex Bond) was friendly and helpful. She was interested in getting my car shipped; I had tried another broker to get the car shipped. No fees were required up front. The service was excellent-I contacted another provider initially and waited over two months to get my car. Alex help find a carrier right away (after I cancelled the previous broker's service). The carrier was also very courteous-he did a nice job.
