I contacted Trent at Zip Ship to ascertain all pertinent information with regard to shipping a car from Florida to New Jersey. Trent provided me with the proposed cost to ship and said he would try to locate a carrier that would meet the cost to ship. Once he located the carrier, I was given the driver's name and cell phone number and pickup date. The car was picked up on the date stated and the delivery date was given to me at that time. Trent said the driver would call me when he was near the delivery point to insure that I was present for delivery of the car. The driver called, delivery was made and the car had no damage. A follow-up call from Trent was made to me to insure there were no problems with the carrier or driver and that the car was in perfect condition. Trent was on top of things all the time and I appreciate his professionalism. I would definitely use Zip Ship again!
