Even though I have had numerous vehicles shipped this was the first time I actually worked with the brokers. After receiving way too many quotes and being pressured by most to make an immeadiate deposit my Zip Ship representative Trent took the time to explain the entire process on how loads were posted and accepted. After understanding the process I realized that the absolute lowest bid may not have been in my best interest, but the Zip Ship Price was close and more of the cost went to the driver, making my load attractive. I called Trent on a Friday afternoon to let him know I was finally ready and he had my load on the road Saturday morning, much faster than I expected. Load arrived fast and the driver was very conscientious and detail oriented. Overall experience was excellent!
