Matt was very honest and up front. I made the mistake of paying a deposit to Transport Services out of Florida, they lied and made promices they could not perform, I still have not received my deposit back. Zip Ship is number one in my book when you call them a real human answers the phone. I found it is riskey to pay a broker before your car is picked up, but it may be equaly as riskey for a broker to pick up your car before he gets paid. If everyone could just be honest and do what they say, the world would be a better place.
