My son's car broke down before his college winter break. He wanted to U-Haul it home - 165 miles away - but our reservation for a truck and an AT (made 2 weeks in advance) fell through 2 days before he was due to leave campus. Since he was busy with his finals, I put in a request on "Move My Car" website and got inundated with responses from all corners, some of which were outright scam and spam. I didn't choose Yellowfin initially (big mistake) but got involved with another supplier who promised that they would tow the car while my son was still on campus. Well, they failed to deliver that promise, and my son had leave his car on campus, so he could vacate his dormitory on time and come home. Now things got complicated ... To make a long story short, Yellowfin stepped in, stayed on, and sailed through, with outstanding efficiency, attentiveness and care. Our car was delivered to our home at 10 pm the night before Christmas Eve. It snowed later, and I regard this whole experience as a wonderful gift from heaven. In hindsight, I could have saved a lot of trouble by choosing Yellowfin from the beginning, but then again, without comparison and contrast, how would I have known the huge difference?
