Mr. Abate, sincere apologies- it took us some time to identify you based on the information provided in your review. Your original Shipping Advisor did take sudden sick leave which resulted in your order being transferred to the care of a new Advisor, Athina. She had attempted to reach you via phone and text, but her communication went unanswered. As such, the status of your order was placed on hold until we could successfully confirm your continued interest in having your vehicle shipped.
