Review their contract very carefully, it’s too binding once you pay the deposit and even if your car is not picked up you lose the deposit. Also I was unable to pay with credit card and hence paid with Paypal. Paypal policy does not cover consumer in such cases, they just rejected my claim.
I scheduled a car move with this XpreSS VehiCle TranSpOrt LLc (Chris - chris@xpressvt.com'). He took $150.00 deposit from me for this move. This company/Chris Valle, never arranged to pick up my vehicle. I had already communicated to them that my car can only be shipped by a certain date, and that did not happen. And now they are refusing to return my deposit.
It was communicated several times to Chris that my car needs to be picked up by a certain date, but once the contract was signed my phone calls were just ignored. Then I had to send an e-mail threatening to contact the police and then he responded saying that he is arranging for the pickup.
Then again after several calls he told me that he has arranged for a pickup with company 'Nation wide' and drivers of truck Mark (954-260-7662). And the driver will call me on 8/28 between 4 to 6. Driver never called-up and never picked up my phone. When I called up Nationwide car moving company they did not know about me or my car pickup.
