Good experience. Better if you are well informed. Mark was very good - did his job - ultimately got the booking and my 2018 F150 was delivered in about a week. That included his company actually finding a transporter and negotiating price and pick up. Price was fair - after having to negotiate a bit. But, that is a given in this very competitive business.
