My reservation was made 5 weeks prior to my needed pickup date. Communication was top notched with Mark throughout the process, and also the driver Ihor. Once the pickup price was accepted the drive was assigned. The driver quickly made contact regarding the pickup time. The pickup was done timely and my vehicle was delivered a day earlier than anticipated in the same condition that it it was picked up.
