These people are unreal. I swear I feel like I must be on a hidden camera show. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING right. My signed contract was for a certain amount, when they told me they would be at my house to drop off they told me COD, which I knew, but for a different, more expensive amount of money. I told them i had a signed contract with a previously agreed on amount and they said the price "changed." so what the hell is a contract for then?? since i refused to pay the higher amount the rude guy on the phone threatened to keep my car "til i can come up with the extra cash" and that i would also be charged a daily holding fee on top. i hung up and called the police department and they told me to pay the new amount and sue them. the sergeant told me just get my car out of there and then deal with it. so i did. when my car was returned it was damaged, of course. why wouldnt it be? the mirror had red, yellow AND black paint on my tan car. so it got hit 3 times??? wow! then i noticed a tiny plastic cover for a compartment had been removed and was nowhere to be found. they honestly stole the plastic covering! and it just so happened they were driving a car made by the same manufacturer. when i didnt want to sign for my car because of the damage the weirdos dropping it off told me i had to file a claim online on their site, and ive seen no such site. i will DEFINITELY be going forward with getting reimbursed for everything. These people are scum. I, pretty sure they just scam most people for little things or small amounts of money because they expect people to just blow it off, but they make out great. dont use this company and if theyve screwed you over go after them. its disgusting that there are people like this who own businesses and weak employees who follow along in their footsteps.
