Car arrived at destination with dent and scratch in the roof above drivers door. The dent location in roof was not noticed until the following day and was not documented at the acceptance walk around. Evidence of damage was collected and transferred between sender and receiver, but Xpress would not take responsibility stating 3 days had passed and was beyond the time limit of accepting damage claims. Car left in pristine condition. Recommendation: Definitely do not use this company to ship your car
