                        We are very sorry that it took longer that it took longer than 10 business days to find a driver.  It doesn't happen often but it does happen.  The reason it took longer than it should have to have Mr. Vo's refund processed was because I was in the hospital for (unexpected) emergency surgery.  This caused me to be unable to work for 2 months. I am very sorry that my illness caused such an inconvenience for Paul.  Any questions please contact me.
