I got into contact with WORLD WIDE AUTO TRANSPORT on 1/27/09, they offered me a final quote of $775.00 and guaruunteed that it would be on a truck in 1 - 2 days, after many failed attempts at contacting them(their voicemail box was always full.) A week went by when I finally got the same representative on the phone(aaron) and he placed me on hold because a supervisor wanted to speak with me. I waited on hold for 18 minutes and ten seconds for DAMIAN(sup.) to be aggesive, rude, disrespectful unproffesional and arrogant towards me. He advised me that aaron had misquoted me and the new price was going to be $1175.00 I asked to speak with the owner, he wouldn't let me nor transfer me, instead he transferred me to another "supervisor" (joe vasquez) which at that time I had been on hold for 45 minutes and 23 seconds before he came on the line. He was nice, but did not offer any apology or help. I informed him about his extremely rude "supervisor" DAMIAN, and he advised me that because DAMIAN was a top producer that his punichment might be 2 weeks unpaid vacation. Joe assured me that he would have this problem resolved and contact me back directly in 10 minutes. well, 2 hours went by before I could get a hold of him again and he didn't look into my file or quote at all. He provided me with a third quote which was $75.00 more than the previous one, to secure pick up "today"........ I still have the original email quote and will be saving it for anybody who would like to see proof. I Would avoid any transactions with the shady company if at all possible.
