Working with John and WorldWide Shipping was a breeze. During the entire process, I felt that I was dealing with a real person who actually cared about me. It seemed to me that all of the other companies I spoke to were simply after my money and did not care how my experience would ultimately go. I can say that my furniture moving company proved that those less desirable companies certainly exist out there but I am happy to report that WorldWide Shipping was on the other end of the spectrum.
John was prompt in returning my calls, quick to address my concerns, and informative throughout the process. You are just a number to the big companies out there. John made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him whole heartily to anyone who asks.
A word of advice to anyone looking to transport a vehicle: START EARLY. It took John extra time to find a carrier that was trustworthy and within my budget. Although I had to wait a little longer than preferred, in the end it was a great experience. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
