I have had a couple of bad experiences dealing with auto shipping brokers, but not this time. Scott was outstanding from the beginning and through the entire process. While I was on the phone with him placing my order, he secured the trucking company and the promised pick up date. The truck arrived as promised. I had a couple of issues with the auto dealership holding my car for shipping, none of which involved Wolfepack Transport. Scott was always accessible and worked hard to resolve the problems and provide me with essential information to help get the transport completed properly. I believe he went above and beyond what he had to do for me. I rate Scott and Wolfepack Transport five stars and definitely would use him again. Thanks to Scott for his honesty, helpfulness, and professionalism.
