Although, we understand Mr. Kersch's frustration in concern to the mis-quote, we definitely do not believe this one mishap warrants a negative review of this magnitude. Mr. Kirsch was initially given a quote that was too low to transport a vehicle of this size (Ford F-250 Extd. Cab). In the process of placing his order, Mr. Kersch was informed that we had unfortunately inaccurately quoted him, and was then informed of the new updated price (+$175 over original). At this point Mr. Kersch became very angry, and threatened to go to the BBB and leave bad reviews unless we honored this price. We then informed Mr. Kersch that we could honor this price, however it may take weeks before we could find a company who would be willing to take it for this price. After much deliberation Mr. Kersch decided to go with the new rate so that his vehicle would get picked up right away. Soon after placing his order, the truck was scheduled for pickup and delivered in record time. At no point did we try and run Mr. Kersch off, and made every attempt to work with both his budget and time frame. Secondly, we applied every discount possible to make sure he did receive the lowest possible price to ship the truck within the time-frame he desired. Which is exactly what happened. Unfortunately in the process of manually quoting literally 100's of transports per day, it is inevitable that mistakes will be made. The bottom line is that Mr. Kersch still got a great rate to transport a truck of this size within the time frame he desired. Again, Wise Auto Shipping will continue to prove that we are the best in the business!
