I called Wheeler shipping to get some realistic idea after 2 (two) other companies’ assignment failed to pick up the car (and I was still charged for that). My car is inoperable, has only hand break working, not serviced for a long time looking, and a heavy classic. No one seemed to be willing to transport this car for 4weeks. I was depressed and called, explained the situation to Sue, with not much of expectation and as much desperation as flying to NM and rent a truck and a trailer to transport it by myself.

On that call, she already had in her mind someone who may be willing to transport something in this condition. She was honest, said that it would cost more than other drivers would charge. Earning only less than $500 a month, the cost of shipping is such a great deal of spending, but shipping this car has meant a lot more than that.

She quickly assigned a driver, pick up window to be 10-20 days. On the quoting email, there was expediting service with extra charge noted. I inquired about it as my interest and she was so quick to work on it. Before a week past since the first inquiry phone call, I already have a car that was not picked up for 4 weeks!

Driver was very helpful and kind, and did not mind my phone call that I made almost every hour before delivery. The car was delivered safe and sound.

I will definitely recommend this company to others, and will use them again in the future.
