Sue was very helpful and responsive. She did not know the contracted carrier was late (apparently their truck broke down) but once I informed here, the transport was much quicker. I was able to communicate with the driver along the way after pickup to estimate time of delivery. Arrived in good condition other than mud all over the trunk/rear of the vehicle which was able to be scrubbed off with a heavy car wash.
