The entire process was easy and I would highly recommend Wheeler. I called Wheeler last minute with less than a week to go before the needed pickup date. Sue told me that it might be hard to get someone to New Orleans but she worked it out and contacted me every step of the way. The car was picked up on time from New Orleans, LA on a Monday and delivered as promised to Los Angeles, CA on Saturday. The truck driver was very courteous and contacted me as I requested, i.e. within one day of pickup and delivery and again when he was within an hour of the destination. The car was received in excellent shape with no damage and unloaded with no problems. Compared to other horror stories I have heard about car shipping I am glad that I read the reviews on Wheeler and choose to go with the best.
