I am really impressed by Wheeler Shipping - I picked them based on the reviews i read here, and am so glad I did! I moved my Toyota Highlander from Cincinnati, OH to La Crescenta, CA and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Sue Wheeler was always friendly and helpful; very impressive.

An issue came up, and she handled it promptly and efficiently: The first carrier assigned to me called me a few days before they were to pick up the car, to verify that they would pick it up on the 18th or 19th (I was flying out of town on the night of the 19th). They were polite and I was happy with them. However, when the 18th went by without a call from them (24 hours' notice to pick up the car), I got nervous. I called the carrier, and they said they had had a breakdown and probably wouldn't be able to get my car for a few days. I panicked as I had nobody in Cincinnati to work things out with my car - so I called Sue.

She immediately grasped the urgency of the situation; she cancelled the original carrier and found me a new carrier immediately. The next morning, he picked up my car! He was courteous and he treated my car with kid gloves - when it arrived (promptly) in CA, it was in great condition - just a little dusty from the trip, which was to be expected.

I would recommend this company 100%!
