I purchased a Lincoln Continental in Florida on ebay and had contracted with North American Auto Transport to ship it to Lenexa, Kansas. They took my deposit, and gave me four different delivery dates over four weeks. They refused to answer my messages and emails and failed to pick up the car. They still haven't returned my calls or refunded my deposit. They are a sham company. Dont' use them. I finally called Wheeler Shipping, who are rated 5 stars. I talked to Sue on a Tuesday and my car was delivered to my door on a Sunday, five days from telephone call to delivery. Wheeler Shipping is an outstanding Auto Transport broker. Sue was wonderful in commuicating with me and making things happen. This is why they are rated 5 STARS. If you want your car transported, Wheeler Shipping is the one to use, Sue is just excellent to deal with. Total cost to transport my car was $815.00.
