I had never shipped a vehicle before and I was a little skeptical of the whole process. Sue was very knowledgeable of how it all works and answered all of my questions both via phone and email...with quick response times. My particular shipment was a little tougher than most because of the remote area of the final destination. That is why it took a little longer to schedule. It worked out fine though....for both me and the buyer of the vehicle.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The trucker that did the actual pick up was 2 hours late getting to my house....because he slept longer than he wanted to, but it wasn't a huge inconvenience. I would use Wheeler Shipping again.
