Quick with the quote, followed up professionally. Kept me in the loop as far as what our options were. Used a carrier who did exactly as she said she would. Van was undamaged. Mostly, communications was great. I would actually pay more in the future to use them again. The fact that happened to be cheapest on this run was a bonus!
