Thank you so much for working with me to get my sister’s car shipped. No other shipper could accommodate the need to pick up the car on a date certain. In fact some of the websites warned against a shipper who said a car could be picked up on a date certain. So I was very concerned that the car wouldn’t be picked up. She had no one to leave the keys with and she was flying out the day after the movers packed her. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was when the transporter, Jay Phillips, who had contacted her several weeks in advance and said don’t worry, we’ll get it on the date promised, actually did as promised. Two and a half weeks later she is still waiting on her furniture, but she has her car, as promised. Thank you.
