After reading horror stories about car transports I was nervous to have my car moved from CA to IL. However, Sue Wheeler's understanding and hard work to please customers made me experience a pleasure. I went abroad for two and a half weeks and had the trucker pick up the car from my mom in CA. Throughout the process, Sue and I maintained communication via e-mail, therefore I was updated and the trucker's information and pick up date even out of the country. She was easily accessible by phone and returned messages promptly. The trucker was a nice guy as well. The car was a little dirty but nothing out of the ordinary. If I need to move my car again, I will definitely give Sue a call.
