This company was sub contracted to transport a pickup truck from Montana to SC. Just so happen the day before they called to say they would arrive the delivery area in SC was hit with a Cat 3 hurricane. They refused any payment by phone options and said only cash or cashiers check. Well banks have been closed for days for safety and ATM’s aren’t working. This car was going to a US Navy sailor and the company basically said pay when we arrive, the storm is not our problem or we will put it in storage and you pay additional storage fees. Needless to say the company was rude and had zero empathy. This company will never EVER be referred by me. You treat one of our military members like this during a state wide emergency!! Crappy service. They are due to arrive in the morning so I’m anxious to see what happens. Oh and it cost $1750! Which is the highest fee I have ever seen and I have accepted over 200 military vehicles like this. I would love to pay that all in pennies!!!
