During the holiday time we experience from time to time difficulty in pick ups of vehicle due to the increasing volume of customers traveling and working around customers' schedules. We do apologize for the late pick up of Mrs. Ralston vehicle and we do understand her frustration with our company, we do not usually book vehicles that we are unable to pick up at the scheduled time but do to the holidays and the bad weather we were running behind.
