Lack of communication

I was the third party on this shipment. I had told them that the ATV was available on Nov 8th and it got picked up on Nov 23, which wasn't a big deal but the way I found out about the pick up and the delivery was by Wayne him self calling me asking me about the service and to do a review which is completely unexceptionable considering I had called them about 3 times asking to make sure they contact me upon pick up. He said that they emailed me but I didn't get anything but I did get his email asking to do a review. After reading all the reviews that seems to happens a lot. Overall they did get it picked up and delivered with not damage and the receiver was happy. If you do use them don't be surprised if there is a lack of communication.

We did not communicate with this person, they were not the customer for pickup or delivery. We did communicate with both of them as agreed and they are very satisfied. Thank you and God Bless. Wayne Webster
