When I received the quote from Webster, It piqued my interest because it was ~$500 less than the nearest competitor. Generally not one to "cheap out", I still felt a call to Webster for an explanation was in order. They explained to me how their model and the industry itself worked, it made enough sense to me to give it a try. I could not have been happier - the pickup was reasonably prompt, 6 days transport from CA to MD (~2800 mi) car arrived in precisely the same condition it left. The only complaint I would have, and it has been echoed elsewhere here, is that communication could be better. However, for me, an extra couple of phone calls isn't worth $500.
