DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! If you have any thoughts about using this service, THINK AGAIN. The inspection I was supposed to get was never done. The vehicle arrived damaged. Prior to the car's arrival I received a call on Saturday morning telling me that they will deliver the car on Sunday and I must have cash in order to take delivery of the car (effectively holding the car hostage for cash). When they arrived with the car, I asked for the inspection report (they didn't have one) and pointed out the damage. They said it was like that however the dealer proved that was not the case. I contacted Wayne who has been stalling and stalling everywhere from his wife's mother's kid is sick to his friend's mother is in the hospital. I provided a receipt and requested that he pay for the damage. Wayne then says he needs to locate the inspection report and it has been over a month that I have been asking while he is still "trying to locate the inspection report" that doesn't exist. It is apparent he has no intentions of dealing with this nor my claim. I suggest that you don't use his service and go with a reputable one that will provide you with a certificate of insurance and an inspection report and not hold your vehicle hostage demanding cash to deliver it.

Another person that claims damages 2 months after the car is delivered? I can not resonably pay tfor something that I did not know about for two months. I tell everyon to make sure, including this customer, that the vehicle is checked at the pickup and delivery point. I did find the inspection report from the driver and there was no damge noted by the customerat the delivery end. The customer states that there was a piece of molding on the side of car that came loose. I will gladly follow thru and help any claims of damage if I know abou it. I can not if I am not contacted for months. I transport approximately 40 cars a month. Why do only the ones that are unreasable post comment on here!
