So, last week I posted a review that I had not heard from the company at all regarding my vehicle pick up. I immediately received a phone call from Mr. Webster himself informing me that their phone lines were down at their office. Therefore, he could not get back to every single customer as quick as he would have liked. He was very genuine & polite & assured me that I had not been forgotten or overlooked. Sure enough, my vehicle was picked up in a timely manner within the next couple of day. I have to say that I was also very pleased with the truck driver from All Points Auto Transport, David. He was a very nice man. Overall, I feel at ease with the whole situation. In addition, for the price I got, I would use Webster Services again.
